1. 夯实基础,每日一句句子是构篇的最直接的材料,如果学生掌握一定的基本句型,并能脱口而出,那么,他一定能就某一个话题说上一段。
我要求每个同学每天坚持写一句完整的话,或者抄录一句并记诵。上课前三分钟同桌之间大声交流,推荐同学到讲台前向全班汇报。
这样每个同学掌握就不仅仅是一个句子了。写句子时我要求学生尽量运用所学的句型,尽量和所学的语法挂起钩来,尽量用上最近学的单词,尽量表现生活实际,尽量减少语法和书写错误,在写句的过程中,打下扎实的语言功底。
采用扩词、造句、扩句、缩句、一句多译等练习形式。例如:like→like doing sth./like to do sth.→I like playing soccer wite my friends on weekends.→I don't like to play the piano after class on weekdays.等等。

这是一个良好的写作习惯的最主要的方面。对于基础较差的学生,一定要学会拟定写作提纲。
每篇习作的准备阶段教师都要和学生共同讨论,因外语和母语的表达方式不尽相同,教师若不进行指导,就会出现大量的中国式英语。笔者在教学中是采用下列方法体现学生主体作用,指导学生写作训练的:(1)教学生动笔前分析材料、审题;(2)教学生利用已知的知识背景;(3)教学生用不同的词和结构表达思想;(4)教学生如何品评一篇作文;(5)教学生阅读时记笔记。

事实证明一题多改有助于训练学生的思维,有着显著的效果。4. 重在激励,每月必评因为绝大部分的作文不能面批,所以每个月下来,我都组织作文评讲。
针对存在的问题,每次都有重点:构思、句式、语法错误、书写等等。作文评讲重在激励,给好作文加上批语和心得体会公布在“好作文栏”,让全班同学模仿。
尽量找出较差文章中的好句子、好的构思、好的结构在课堂上大加赞扬。对于有一点点进步的同学更是倍加鼓励。
